NWI PARKnership

NWI PARKnership is a collaborative effort between Northwest Indiana parks and One Region.  It began from a steering committee of parks directors who visited with One Region to enhance coordinated experiences based on the notion that people don’t experience life in silos.  We all cross artificial boundaries to live a rich quality of life throughout Northwest Indiana.  This collaborative mindset extended to all parks throught the Region who created the idea of building a prototype to showcase the holiday experience in Northwest Indiana.

Holiday Experience in NWI Prototype

This creative vision, along with the analytical minds of PNW professor, Scott Schaller, and his student, David Duesing, developed this first prototype to coordinate user experience for our region.  We hope this will be the first of many more advanced methods of a unified vision to benefit our residents and guests.
